We quote for your volume, destination port and Incoterm, and tell you which samples we can send for evaluation.

We confirm and schedule
Once the specification and price are agreed, we confirm the order details with you in writing and schedule production.
What we can quote for frozen barramundi
Barramundi (Asian seabass, Lates calcarifer) farmed and processed in Vietnam. Tell us which of these you need, or ask for a custom specification.
- Product forms
- Skin-on fillets, Skinless fillets, Skin-on portions, Skinless portions, Slices and custom cuts
- Size grades
- From 100 g portions to fillets of 1 kg and over; other grades on request
- Freezing
- IQF (individually quick frozen) or block frozen
- Packing
- IVP (individually vacuum-packed) available; 5 kg or 10 kg cartons, or 5 × 2 kg bags per carton
- Treatment
- Non-CO or CO-treated, per customer requirement. CO-treated product is not supplied to the EU, where CO is not permitted for fish.
