Who we are
Export-grade seafood from Vietnam
Van Thinh Seafoods specialises in Vietnamese barramundi (Asian seabass, Lates calcarifer): a clean, slightly sweet white fish with firm texture, farmed along Vietnam's coast and processed for export with farm-to-processing traceability.
Exporting since 2007, we supply barramundi as IQF and block-frozen fillets, centre-cut portions and whole round fish, and process custom cuts to buyer specifications. Alongside barramundi we export Grouper, Red Snapper, Red Spot Emperor, Red Mullet, Goldband Snapper, Leather Jacket, Mahi Mahi, Parrot Fish and Sillago/Whiting.
Our barramundi is produced under HACCP food-safety controls and BAP certification, and we ship to United States, Australia, Middle East, European Union and Asia.
